STUART BROWNING, CEO
As Chairman and CEO of TidalWave Interactive, Mr. Browning is focused on corporate growth and product strategy. Prior to TidalWave, Mr. Browning was President of Embarcadero Technologies, a leading enterprise software vendor in San Francisco. He was a founder of the firm and helped build it from an initial startup to over $40 million in annualized revenues in 2000. Embarcadero Technologies enjoyed the single most successful IPO of calendar year 2000. Previously, he co-founded Datura Corp, a Richmond, VA-based vendor of database tools that was acquired by Platinum Technologies. Mr. Browning was featured in Forbes Magazine’s Tech’s 100 Highest Rollers in April of 2001 where he was ranked #88.

JOEL GARCIA, COO
As COO, Mr. Garcia manages the daily operations of the company as well as performing the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) function. Prior to TidalWave, he was Vice President of Engineering at LiveVox, a leading SaaS provider of hosted contact centers in San Francisco. In 2006, Mr. Garcia co-founded Med-Vantage in San Francisco where he served as Vice President of Engineering and IT before the company was acquired by IMS Health.
